I volunteered at the Pere's cafe and found it an easy going environment. the patients seems happy and relaxed. They were more willing to make conversations and seemed capable of using the cafe independently.

The cafe adopted the idea of inviting service users to volunteer in the cafe, thus enabling them to feel a sense of purpose and develop their social skills following their care.

I found the service users to be willing to be willing to help out and thankful for the opportunity.

The staff at the centre i met through my volunteering were approachable and friendly which is important in services such as this one. the staff and patients sat comfortably in the cafe seating area and there were no problems with them whilst I was volunteering.

The centre seems like an effective environment for the care and rehabilitation of patients
