"Nobody wants to go to hospital, but if..."

What I liked

First appointment seen at the agreed time, all staff friendly and helpful.

Day surgery followed, again all staff helpful which helped in what for me was a stressful situation.

Although I was last op of the day there was no rush to discharge me until I felt ready to go.

To sum up if I ever have to have another operation I hope it will be at Great Western
