I have had three appointments cancelled and each time its been because of shortage of dr's or sickness which cant be helped . they always say that if you have any more problems arise or your eyes get worse you can be seen. there is always someone like a staff nurse to talk to. wel all get angry from time to time but you should never take it out on the staff they are trying to help . They have now informed me that a new system is just being put into action this week. lets see what happens.
