I attended the hospital in July for surgery on a bunion. Everyone involved with my care was excellent and were very considerate, respectful and friendly.
The only negatives have been contact levels and arranging my appointments. After the surgery I was given a card with my review dates on, but when I arrived for my appointment they said I had been due to attend the week before (I hadn't received any call about the missed appointment). At my next review I was discharged, but have continued to receive invites for further appointments - and have found it impossible to get in touch with anybody over the phone.
Overall I'd recommend the BMI, but advise patients to double check their appointments and expect long waits when calling!
"Excellent care, but not well organised"
