What I liked

I've attended radiology outpatients twice this month - once for a MAG3 scan and once for an IVU.

We are all quick to complain when there are problems, so I just wanted to say that on both occasions I was really impressed with the department and its staff, who were fantastic. I've been for these tests a number of times before over the past 5 years and it's lovely to see familiar faces and, very impressively, find that they remember me. All the staff were so professional, cheerful and helpful making both visits really quite pleasant experiences, despite having needles stuck in me!

I was seen on time, I was kept well informed about what would happen and when and the tests were carried out very efficiently.

If all the NHS functioned as well as Kingston's radiology outpatient's department we would have absolutely no cause for complaint.

I hope you're able to maintain these high standards in these difficult times.
