"I found the staff at Stratford-Upon-Avon Hospital rude"

I phoned the hospital in question on behalf of my husband to cancel an appoitment. As the phone number shown on the letter for stratford-upon-avon hospital was wrong. I tried all day on friday to phone through on their number and it was unrecognised.

I was put through to the lady who deals with appointments for patients who have diabetes.

I explained this to a member of staff who works for the doctor my husband was supposed to be seeing that the phone number on the letter was wrong. She replied "you will still be attending the appointment then".

This is not my appointment and she said this in a very condescending and rude way.

I am very appalled with her mannerism and attitude and I hope that someone can have a word as I am disgusted.
