During October and November 2017 I was referred to the
Haematology
Department by my GP for investigations through various blood tests and then this was followed up by scans and a bone biopsy. Clinic 7 is an extremely busy out patients clinic with limited physical space. However I was very impressed in how, at an anxious time for me, I was treated with welcoming, smiling, reassuring staff, from the reception staff through to nurses and the Consultant,
I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole process, including by the staff undertaking the CT scan and the bone biopsy. This was all completed in a relative short timescale and carried out very efficiently and in a professional manner. Thankyou to Lincoln Hospital for providing such an effective service with such dedicated staff.
"An excellent and efficient outpatient service"
