"Wonderful care on Ward 5"

My mother-in-law was admitted to Ward 5 from Bradford Hospital,following a stroke with massive cerebral bleeding from which we were told she could not recover.

She spent seven days on Ward 5 until she died with dignity.

During this time,we were greatly comforted as a family by the care and nursing on the ward.Although staff were constantly busily engaged in caring for all their patients,they always found time to answer any questions we had and my mother-in-law could not have received better care,nor the family greater reassurance.

I should like to thank every member of staff on Ward 5 for all their outstanding care and support during this time.
