"Ghost town."

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent / Accident and emergency

We are currently sitting in 'minors' after being transferred here almost 30 minutes ago. (After waiting for about 50 mins to just be triaged.) In the time that we've been in minors, not a single member of staff has been seen - it's like a ghost town. It's very frightening for poorly people & their families. I have a 76 year old with me who has been bleeding for 4 hours & takes warfarin. We just sat down when we arrived as nobody was here to tell us what to do. This place is awful.
