"My recent cataract operations at the Worcestershire Royal."

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Following my recent cataract operations, I would like you to know that everyone I encountered, both in person and on the telephone, was kind, courteous, clear in their instructions and above all showed a profound understanding of any apprehension that I might have been feeling at the time.

For me, the outcome is little short of a miracle. As a watercolourist, I now see the world in glorious technicolor and not through a film of yellow ochre!

People are very quick to complain about the NHS, but I can only thank you all in opthalmology for exemplary care from everyone .
