Dear Patient

We are very sorry to hear that you have had a less than satisfactory experience at the practice.

However, we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It seems there may have been a slight miscommunication in regards to ways in which you can order your prescriptions.

We offer the following methods of ordering prescriptions at the practice:

- In person, by completing a prescription request form at reception

- Online using Patient Access

To use Patient Access, we require you to provide us with photo ID so that we can verify your identity before setting up your log on details for you.

Whichever method you decide to use, we still require 48 hours notice so please do bear this in mind, especially as the holiday season is fast approaching.

In regards to your comment about appointments, we also have the following appointment options:

- 'Routine' - Pre-bookable up to two weeks in advance

- 'On the Day' appointments - Please call the surgery at 8am to reserve your appointment

All of our appointments can be booked:

- By telephone

- Via Patient Access

- In person, at reception

Hopefully I have addressed all of your concerns.

However, please feel free to contact me at the practice if you would like to discuss in further detail.

Kind Regards,

Bev
