(as the patient),

One the afternoon I had to attend the A&E department at St John's Hospital in Livingston. I had sustained a full thickness burn to my arm which needed attention. From start to finish I was treated exceptionally well. From reception through triage to treatment I was treated with courtesy, efficiency and above all friendliness. I was made to feel that everyone there was happy to help me.

My apologies to the nurse and paramedic who had the difficult task of trying to get blood. I know that I do not give it up easily.
