What I liked

On 12/01/2011 I was a day case having two wisdom teeth extracted under a general anesthetic. This was my first ever operation so I was some what 'apprehenisive'.

I was put at ease straight away by the staff who greeted and dealt with me.

The hospital was very clean, tidy and welcoming.

I was kept fully updated about the operation / procedure and had all the options explained to me clearly. I felt that I was included in this process and was able to make any relevant choices for myself.

The staff on all levels were very friendly, helpful and considerate. They made time for me and should an interest in my family, work etc which again helped to relax me.

After the operation my care was exceptional and the two staff nurses who supervised this were brilliant. They were funny, helpful and very caring which made recovery very easy.

What could be improved

Nothing at all !.
