Recent cystoscope procedure at Hallam and targeted biopsy at Northern General. I have been treat with great kindness, respect and most reassuring attitudes of each and every member of staff whom I met.Pain has been negligible due to the expert care of the staff.
The staff seem able to give the patients individual attention and reassurance throughout.
I consider the Urology units at these hospitals to be outstanding and I am very grateful to all of the staff concerned.
