"Excellent care and service, efficient and..."

I was admitted to the theatre admission lounge (TAL) for an outpatient visit for knee surgery.

(22/11/17) The admission process was quick and easy and home communication was excellent.

I was given a private area with comfortable lounge chair and basic entertainment for my duration.

The staff were well organised and informative and my pre-op procedures were done quickly and orderly with a fantastic physio advice session.

I was well prepared for what I had to do and informed accurately when I would be seen and operated on.

My surgery went quickly and my recovery was quick and I was discharged quickly with my own urgence.

All staff were truly operating to the best of their ability with the equipment and resources given to them and I would not think twice about any future treatment for myself or anyone I know.

Every member of the TAL, theatre team and admin team should be truly proud of themselves! 10/10
