"Visit"

I have been with this practice for a while and have always been very happy with the service.

On my recent visit, the care and advice I received was of the highest standard. I found the GP very helpful and professional. I felt the doctor did not rush me and gave me time to explain my symptoms. The doctor listened very attentively and carefully, asked me further questions in case I had missed or forgotten to tell them something about my condition. The doctor was very caring and empathic, they had also taken time to read through my previous notes so knew my previous medical history which made me feel at ease, as I did not had to repeat anything, this gave me further confidence in their treatment.

The doctor was very informative and had up-to-date information. I required further investigations and blood tests which they explained to me fully and clearly. The doctor was very thorough with all the blood tests as well, so to cover all my signs and symptoms. The doctor asked me if I was happy with their suggested treatment which I thought was really good as I felt involved in my treatment plan.

I was slightly anxious before my visit but their approach and care made me feel very relaxed. The doctor also gave me realistic time periods for results and thoroughly went through the future treatment plan. The doctor ensured I understood everything and asked me if there was anything else I needed.

I highly admire the doctor's skills, knowledge, approach and care. I received an outstanding care and treatment - could not ask for more.
