"Going through rehab step by step"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

Returning from the military I kept having flashbacks fears of crowded places, I reached out to inclusions Thurrock which does have a long waiting list , but that just shows how much of a testament the team are.

Mike worked through everything with me , explaining exactly what was going on in my head and managed to sort everything out going through rehabilitation step by step with what I was comfortable with.

I can't thank him enough!

Hi there Zrb

It sounds like you were working through your PTSD with Mike and at a pace that felt right for you. I'm so pleased to hear you felt the benefit of this treatment and wonder if there's anything we might be able to offer you via the recovery College once treatment has finished?

Here's a link to the web page where you will find the prospectus and list of courses;

http://www.inclusionthurrock.org/recovery-college/

have a look through......

We often find that clients like to have something planned for the future so that the end of treatment is understood and experienced, as part of the ongoing journey of recovery and improving their quality of life.

A big thank you from the whole team at Inclusion Thurrock for sharing your experience and we wish you all the very best for the future.

Paul
