"Friendly and attentive nurses at endoscopy"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as the patient),

Made to feel relaxed on arrival. Nurses explained the procedure clearly.

Nurses in the examination room were very friendly, talkative and humorous throughout the examination. Paid close attention to the one point where I was beginning to feel sweaty/irritable and resolved the situation very well.

Dear Ladybank Bhoy

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on Care Opinion following your recent procedure.

It is nice to hear that you felt relaxed and the nurses offered a good explanation of your Endoscopy.

Patients can react differently when having any procedure and it is good to hear that the nursing staff responded quickly to your needs when you began to feel "sweaty/irritable".

I will pass on your kind comments to the staff and also hope that you have fully recovered.

Kind regards

Sandra
