I didn't find it easy to orientate myself. I arrived at the sexually health end, where a notice advised me to use other entrances - but it wasn't clear where they were.
When I found my way, I find a general lack of positivity among the staff. I guess reception staff must tie of telling people to take a numbered card; but if it's your first visit, you're not to know.
One minute the display was at 25, the next it was at 32 and a couple of us panicked that we had missed our turn. We discovered that they may call a few numbers at once. All very disorientating.
The actual blood test was very expertly carried out and the phlebotomist quite charming once I got taking to them.
