Not so much a story, but a thank you.

After breaking my nose for the third time in July 2017, I was referred to monklands hospital to be informed that my nose was in a pretty bad state. The second break occurred around 22 years ago when I was 15 and from then I always had difficulty breathing through my nose. 

Here I am sitting approximately 1 week after undergoing rhinoplasty surgery by Mr Balaji and his team at Monklands Hospital, and cannot thank them enough. Having never undergone surgery before, I was a nervous wreck. The treatment I received throughout my time in hospital will never be forgotten. Huge thank you also to the friendly staff on ward 9. Thanks for looking after me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us abut the excellent care you received from Mr Balaji and his team during your recent surgery. I am sure this must have been a very daunting time for you and I am glad that Mr Balaji and our staff were able to look after you and make this a much less anxious time for you.

I will pass on your words to Mr Balaji and the staff in Ward 9 who I know will be pleased to receive this.

Thank you so much for your recent post on patient opinion relating to 'treatment will never be forgotten'

This must have been difficult for you as your injury has happened on 3 occasions. Mr Balaji, Sister Burke and the nursing staff in Ward 9 will be delighted you had a very positive experience, and anxiety was relieved.
