"Friendly, efficient and professional"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Arrived at A&E early on a monday morning thinking I had suffered a minor stroke. All staff very helpful and efficient in trying to establish what was wrong. After CT scan I was transferred to ward 3E where they tried to diagnose my condition.

All staff encountered at the hospital have been friendly, efficient and professional. I did have the feeling that I was in good hands.

Obviously a very busy place and the staff have a difficult job, but my experience of the staff was very good.

Hope not to see them at their work again though!
