(as a service user),

I was admitted by Ambulance to Crosshouse A+E presenting signs of TIA. The staff there were very quick and professional in dealing with me there. Due tests were carried out and I was later moved to the apropriate ward.

Again the nurses and staff worked as a team and quickly had me settled. The ward was particularly busy with new incoming patients and all staff worked extremely hard under difficult and often time critical situations.

From food to care, I can only thank all very much indeed for the attention showed.

Great care! Am on my way home - WELL! And great Mince + Potatoes!
