"All the staff were very helpful"

When I arrived at the Day Surgery Unit recently I was very very nervous about my procedure. I was quickly put at ease by all the staff and Mr Whitelaw the doctor who done my procedure.

All the staff were very helpful, explained everything that was going to happen that morning and introduced themselves by name.  I thought that was very nice, also important.

The whole place was spotlessly clean.

I could not find one fault and very happy with the treatment I received.
