"I visited Fulwood Hall Hospital for a procedure"

I attended Fulwood Hall hospital on 3 separate occasions. The consultant was excellent and I was treated with the upmost respect, I would highly recommend Fulwood in that aspect.

However, the reception staff where extremely rude on all 3 occasions and over the phone on 2 occasions, for that reason I would not recommend Fulwood, I was made to feel very uncomfortable every time I made contact with them
