About: Rampton Hospital / National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women

(as a service user),

1 - I do know my care plan staff talked to me about it

2 - My nursing team are really helpful and kind

3 - The support from staff patients.

4 - Nothing really (could be better)

5 - I like doing arts and crafts and getting of ward.

I have heard the 10 year Anniversary went really well and people really like it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences of service delivery and involvement in plannign your care. I trust that with the continued support of the nurses and the rest of the members of your multi-professional clinical as well as the Involvement Centre volunteers you and your colleagues will continue to shape and influence the services on offer so that your individual care and treatment programme remain of a hgh quality.

I am delighted that you enjoy attending and participating in activities offered by the Diamond Resource Centre, the day care services for patients who reside in the National High Secure Mental Health Services. Please be and/or continue to be actively involved in reviewing and planning of the activities so that they remain relevant and engaging.

Patients, staff and visitors all reported that the 10th anniversary celebrations. The success of the day was due to those fantastic patients and staff who continue to go the extra mile to plan prepare and participate in the celebrations. I hope to see you at the next event which will focus on Christmas celebrations.
