(as the patient),

I am writing ( a little late) to congratulate every on Ward 12 who made my stay at the Tameside hospital a pleasurable one.

I was impressed by the whole team from consultant to cleaner. The care was exemplary, not only in the medical field but also in the practical details. The atmosphere was one of efficiency and kindness. The food was excellent and delivered in a friendly and happy way.

My rural memories of ward 12 were of a happy. professional and caring team, essential to aiding the recovery of patients.
