Your positive response to our recovery focused patient-centred approach to care planning confirms that it is embedded in practice with you and your named nurse co-producing the care plans. The regular weekly visits by your doctor appear to be important to your well-being, care and treatment. I am happy that things are okay for you at the moment but if you feel that you are not okay please do not heisitate to contact your doctor and/or named nurse

Thank you very much for highlighting the range of activities offered by the Diamond Resource Centre (DRC) which is the Day Care Services for Women. I hope that you will continue to engage with the reviewing and producing of the DRC Meaningful Activity Programme. It is through active patient involvement in the planning, execution and reviewing of the activity programme that it remains current, relevant and meaningful for all patients.

The 10th anniversary celebration was a productive and fun way of showing how working together, patients, frontline staff, managers, clinical teams and Involvement Centre volunteers can make a real difference in improving patient experience and recovery as well as staff health and well-being. I am delighted that you had a really good time dancing with the belly dancers. One of the best things about dancing is that while you and most of us at the event were having fun moving to music and meeting new people or people we had seen but had not spoken to, we were also getting all the health benefits of a good workout.

Keep on moving

Many thanks

Annett
