"Team worked so hard"

My daughter was admitted to acorn ward very poorly last week. The team worked so hard and gave her the best possible treatment to ensure a full recovery. In particular the nurses were all excellent but Kate was really exceptional- helping me feel better on a very stressful night, making me up a bed, drinks and showing genuine   empathy to try and improve the situation. Furthermore, when my daughter was discharged she communicated effectively and resolved an initial problem with my daughters medication by liaising effectively with the medical team in a very timely manner. She is a real asset to the team and we really appreciated her time and fantastic care.
