"Good experience in Gynaecology dept."

I had an appointment with the Gynae consultant, having previously corresponded with them via letter. I was delighted that they were so willing to listen to my position and take into account my wishes. I left the appointment very pleased with the outcome.

Also, all of the nurses I came into contact with were delightful - efficient, friendly and a pleasure to chat to.

All in all, it was a very successful afternoon, and I look forward to the next step.
