"Unprofessional"

Firstly the number for this department doesn’t work, also yesterday in my consultation my most recent notes wasn’t taken into consideration and I got told I had IBS by just a visual, I have endometriosis, they would of know this if they read my notes, got told to go home manage my pain by medication and take fibergel. Not to mention the dr yawning all the way through and sticking a wrong address on my notes, a co worker then took them off and said the details need to be correct. I left feeling frustrated and angry to the service I received. Very shoddy and poor and I will no longer be using this department at Doncaster.
