I felt my experience was modern medicine and the NHS at their best. The ward staff (G9 and CCU) were friendly, kind and attentive; the angioplasty and fitting of a stent was astonishingly deft; the ward was clean and well-run; the food was good; everything conspired to give me great confidence. I came in on Thursday and was discharged on Sunday, all sorted out. Marvellous!
