u cannot book an appointment anymore,I've needed 2 c a dr about my asthma because it's been so bad,but no1 will book u in,no future appointments in advance now,my health is deteriorating,receptionists r so rude there,I just need 2 c a dr,I now wait till 6.30 and phone Devon dr's out of hours,it is so bad here.

I am very sorry that you have had problems contacting the surgery and getting an appointment. We are coping with a period of high demand, and we are also still waiting for our new phone system, and we know that makes things hard for patients.
