I have been with Highgate surgery for good 10 years. Most of the reception staff and nurses are very helpful and friendly. However the main point of a surgery is having a decent doctor, I am afraid that is where this surgery fails miserably. This is my third experience with one particular doctor and every time I am left feeling angry. There is no care for patients, you are treated like there is nothing wrong with you and you are making things up, you are not listed to. I hope this doctor moves on and we get a decent doctor one day #FingersCrossed
