Yes, telephone answering is slow, but this is a very busy Practice, albeit I do wish they could improve this. This is probably the only negative about Roundwell.

The building is big, clean and spacious. Waiting areas are comfortable, not at all claustrophobic and the appointment announcement signs are easy to see and read. Some of the clinicians come to the waiting areas to collect their patients.

The most important thing, the care, is superb. Over the course of time, I have seen Nursing Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and GPs. I cannot fault any of them.

Prescription reordering is straightforward, especially online. And the linked large and efficient Pharmacy is convenient and always helpful.

In these days of huge financial pressures on healthcare, my wife and I count our blessings to be on the patient list at Roundwell.
