What I liked

The ITU and HDU were superb. Nursing staff were good. Food good.

What could be improved

A doctor wanted to send my mother home with very low oxygen levels at 75 per cent. She could not understand why I became angry when she told me my mother was fit enough to go home. Oxygen levels at consistent 80 per cent can lead to organ damage. I refused to go to my mother's flat and unlock the door to let them bring her home.

Better concern and treatment of elderly patients would be appreciated.
