Customer service in general, and in particular staff who listen to a patients concerns and desription of their problem.
Anything else?
I endured the most appalling visit to this establisment. My attendance was not recorded by the receptionist resulting in my being identified as a "non attender". As a result of this, when I was eventually seen after an extended delay the consultant gave the impression he regarded my presence as a nuisance. This delay also meant I was too late for any further radiography services. A totally wasted day from my point of view.Customer serviceServiceConsultantsReception staff
