What I liked
From my initial consultation to my discharge I was treated with the utmost respect. My Consultant gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my surgery. The Outpatient staff and the Pre Op staff were also very welcoming and informative.
On my admission day the Ward staff settled me into my room and kept me updated of my theatre time. I was a little anxious regarding having a spinal anaesthetic but my fears were totally unfounded. The surgery and recovery were uneventful.
The Catering staff were pleasant and efficient and the food was good too.
What could be improved
