I have just had a steriod injection in my shoulder under x ray conditions on the day unit at the Royal Orthopedic hospital in Birmingham and would like to say how pleased I was with the level of care that I recieved.

All staff that I spoke to (Nurses, doctor and consultant) were very friendly and made me feel that my procedure was just as important as any other. They explained everything thouroughly both before during and after the procedure.

I felt that I needed to share this as I feel that not enough people share the good experiences that they have with the NHS....
