"first class care on the delivery suite "

my daughter delivered my first grandchildren ,twins a boy and a girl yesterday, I cannot praise the staff enough on the delivery ward ,the midwife taking care of her was so gentle and kind,but when the labour turned into an emergency and there was numerous staff in the room everyone worked as a team knowing what to do even giving re assurance and comfort to me as I went to pieces and felt I was letting my daughter down,being a district nurse and aware of what was happening and the seriousness of the situation the outcome was fantastic,they worked so fast and professionally that words cannot express my thanks to that team,I am now a proud nana of two beautiful babies and my daughter is recovering well and I feel so lucky to have all three of them to love thanks to the night staff that night,

also the ward was spotless and infection control was paramount,well done to the ward staff you dont get enough praise,this is the first time I have ever made a comment on any care recieved by myself or my family but I am so grateful to you all
