I came to A&E with a dislocated shoulder and was admitted to the ward straight away without having to queue. The staff were extremely helpful and caring and put back the shoulder within 2 hours. The process was quick and was in and out of the hospital within 3 hours. However, the staff are sometimes thinly stretched, but even though the quality of care did not drop.
