I have to be honest when i was informed by my GP of the service there I was sceptical. But having spent 12 weeks under their care I can safe;y say it was one of the better choices I have made. I built a great repor with my Therapist and it made it easy to dicuss my issues and try to create pathways as to dealign with my issues.

Now I hope I dont have to go back, but that would be the biggest compliment I could give to the service provided. Saying that though, they left the door open. Its nice to know theres a service out there that is free and can get you seen in a very short space of time. If anyone has problems they want to talk through. I emplore you... take that step. You wont regret it!
