whenever I speak do a doctor at Derry Court Medical Centre

I feel threatened and intimidated, doctor seems to be always in rush

Nurse very often speaks to patient with chewing gum in their mouth

I feel the doctor and nurse team are carless

We are disappointed that this patient is both unhappy with our clinical team as well as for not raising the concerns directly with the practice manager at this practice, so a solution could be sought.
