"I was made to feel relaxed when I clearly wasn’ t"

I received a cancellation appointment to attend the Queen Margaret Hospital for a Green light laser prostatectomy recently. This was the first time I have been into hospital for an operation. From the moment I arrived in Ward 10 I was made to feel relaxed when I clearly wasn’ t. The staff nurses,   anesthetist, and doctors were all so kind and helpful and nothing at all was to much trouble. I would like to say a special thank you to staff nurse Alison & anesthetist Ruth who could not have done more for me. Plus a special thank you to Mr Jaafri. I can never thank you enough.
