What could be improved

My mum is in youe care. In the first 6 days she was moved 4 times. She had to have meals that had been orderd for some one else and had to have the same meal 4 times (fish)

On two of my visits here condition had got worse. First time her brithing was poor. I asked a nurse what was wrong and her reply was she is fine no doctor had been called to see her

Second visits my mums leg was infected and red, this was at about midday. I asked for a doctor to be called, my sister came in to see here later that day no one had seen her. Nerse accepted that a request was put in. when i came in the morning she was in a chair and in pain, i asked the nurse why was her leg not in the rasid positon. reply was I dont know as i am just helping out

I dont like to say this but I am of the opinion that not enough care was given because of her age being 92. I hope that in my old age i am not treated like thisInfectionsFoodPatient careCar ParkDoctors
