"promised letter/s"

seen for first time over 2 n half wks ago, in Rheumatology asked the doctor for a copy of any letters they wrote to my own GP,s they said they get sent out auto any ways ?? well im still waiting ? rang up put through was,t much help didt seem to know if a letter had been wrote / sent or not ?? The doctor had wanted tests doing which ive gone to and blood tests etc, and had diagnosed me with fibromyalgia during the examination , but i dont want to keep having to make a special app at my gp,s just to pick up a letter that ive been told id get auto so god knows whats going on now ? i like all copies for my own records .. ?
