"Grateful"

About: Bpas (merseyside Clinic)

I visited the BPAS clinic last year and opted for medical management for my termination. Firstly, I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness. However, there was one issue. When I went in to be scanned my partner was left in the waiting room. At this point I didn't realise that I was going to be scanned. I was under the impression that my partner would be involved in all aspects. I went to the scan alone- prior to our appointment we had discussed the importance of the scan to us both. So him being left out on this very important aspect has left the healing/grieving process more difficult. The member of staff who scanned me was very nice and this isn't a personal attack. I just think staff should be more wary. I am very grateful for the care I received It was5*. Thanks again for making a difficult time more easy.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. At BPAS we do understand the invaluable support escorts can provide to our clients. We are therefore extremely disappointed to learn that you feel we did not fulfil this obligation. I can assure you that your feedback will be shared with the relevant Manager.

However, if you wish to discuss this matter privately, please do not hesitate to contact me directly by phone, 0845 365 5050 or by email at clientservices@bpas.org. Kind regards, Pam Field.
