"Endoscopy at Crosshouse hospital"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I went for my 5 year review following surgery, having been each year for my review I am familiar with the procedure and with some of the staff. Having an endoscopy can be a scary experience but the staff at Crosshouse hospital always make it a positive one. Kayleigh, one of the nurses, was very relaxed and made me feel relaxed also, all of the team, the doctors and the nurses, are very nice and make what could be a bad experience into something more positive.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear cricketmt89,

Thank you, I am delighted you have come away from this feeling this way. When we are treated in a way that can relax us, it really makes a difference to how we feel. Not only that, I am sure it helps others to read such a positive story too.

I will make sure this is passed on to the team and to Kayleigh, it will make their day.

I hope all is well with your results,

best wishes,

Eunice
