"Rude rude unprofessional staff"

About: Little Horton Lane Medical Centre - Raja

You have to start calling from 8am and wish you'd get through! Keep calling nonstop and when u do get through the answer is "no appointments left call back in morning"'!! Or when there is appointments the reception become the doctor telling u what to do and asking personal questions!! The staff are way way way to rude and unprofessional!! I've been told they leave the phone off the hook cause they can't be asked!! The doctors need to pull their fingers out and get good staff!!!

If your thinking of joining this surgery I recommend you don't bother!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received, the telephone lines are always busy at 8.00am we have increased the number of receptionists at this time and if all the appointments have been taken we advise patients to call at lunchtime to ask for cancellations. Your comments have been passed on to our GP's and will be shared with the wider team. You have been misinformed regarding us leaving the telephone "off the hook" we do not do this, if you would like to discuss your concerns please call the surgery and I will be happy to arrange a meeting with you.
