Each and every time that I have spoken to the office manager either over the phone or in person, they are always smiley, welcoming, warm and very efficient and helpful.

I too work for the NHS and the office manager is an caring professional who is fantastic at their job. They have made me smile even when I’ve been struggling through some tough stuff over this last year. The office manager is an inspirational person, and I hope that you get the praise you so richly deserve. Thank you for all your help :)

We are delighted that you are happy with the care and service provided by our office manager who will be delighted to receive such positive feedback and recognition when she returns from leave.

As a fellow NHS worker I'm sure that you'll be more than aware of the challenges facing frontline staff so your appreciation makes a huge difference to both our office manager and the team as a whole who are working hard to provide a service during extremely difficult times.
