I was referred to Health in Mind when suffering from work-related stress and anxiety.
They offered several treatment options, I opted for CBT in six half hourly telephone sessions.
The CBT has really helped me to manage my symptoms, understand how my anxiety arose and work through my reactions to situations.
We are lucky to have this service in our local area, as in many other places there are long waiting lists for mental health treatments.
